Course Description
The HP Tru64 UNIX Programming Features course presents the C programming features of the operating system called Tru64 UNIX. It focuses on the industry standards that make programming and porting an application to another platform easier, and the areas of software development that a programmer must consider when using the features of the Tru64 UNIX operating system.
Who Should Attend
This course is designed for experienced C programmers who want to understand how to successfully program on the HP Tru64 UNIX Operating System.
Prerequisites
To obtain the most benefit from this course, one should be able to:
- Use at least one UNIX shell and editor
- Compile and link C source modules
- Use a C language debugger
- Use the appropriate documentation to locate programming information
In addition, it would be helpful if you have at least one year of experience in designing and writing C applications.
